I have a touring seat that is contoured. It's a great seat but, it is made of 2 different pieces of vinyl stitched together. At this point the stitching is just deteriorating. Can I glue the vinyl togeter without removing the seat and expect it to stay glued? If so, what glue should I use?

I don't think you will get a glue to hold it. If you want to save the seat... then take the cover off, and have an upholstery shop fix it.

Thanks. I already pulled the cover and stitched up one seam. After a day on the water the other seam is starting to rip open. Those seat covers are **** to get back on! I am looking for a short cut here. Maybe I should by some vinyl and just redo it in one color once and forever. Is that 4 way strech vinyl the best option for this seat?
