Stereo installation on a non IBR - Using the IBR fuse position

Hello All,

New to the forums... Im looking to install a bluetooth speakers into the spark and instead of installing a switch am thinking of using the IBR fuse to tap power. I dont have IBR and thought this spot as just a spare fuse position that isnt powered. Am i wrong?
