Stearing Sticks

Curious if anyone had any troubleshooting suggestions. When I turn all the way to the right, it sticks. Although it doesn't take too much effort to unstick it...I'm concerned about it getting worse. When it does unstick, it makes a pop sound. If I put my hand on the bottom of the steering column when it pops, I can feel it. It's definitely up front.

Any ideas?
