starting 2003 xpdi after 3 year storage, any comments before

Its been sitting for 3 years, got the fuel out, that has stable in it. motor was fogged an winterized. reading old posts saying no additives, except stable marine, an new fuel. any advice on firiing it up, that i should do with it, besides what i just mentioned. I changed the pump oil last year, while it was sitting. Thanks

I would absolutely change the in-tank fuel filters before trying to fire it.
