starter

i went to start the doo up for the first time this season and all its doing is clicking. I purchased a new starter solenoid(the one in the electrical box), but its still doing the same thing. Does this mean that the starter is pooched?

Not necessarily, is your battery new and fully charged? Batteries can go bad while sitting over winter and then take a charge and seem fine but can't supply the amps necessary to start. Take your plugs out and see if the engine turns over by hand freely, then try turning it over by the starter. Also, check your connections especially ground at the motor.

Yup the ground and power for sure...if they are fine then its a starter. I have many good used OEMs for sale.

i will have to check that out, if it is the starter it looks like a real pain in the ass to change it, is it?
