Starting issues

I have a 1999 seadoo gtx rfi and im having a starting problem when I got it I had to replace the starter solenoid and it was turning over fine the guy I bought it from says he replaced the starter to fix the issue and it looks new, today it started to just click at the starter solenoid after riding for a bit I checked the battery volts and it's at 12.7 and he also says its was new when I went to jump the solenoid nothing happened no sparks or anything does anyone have any tips on things to check

If your crossing the solenoid and the starter is not turning, it’s the starter

Is it common for not to spark when jumping it I've always had it spark when jumping them im new to seadoos still learning

I don’t know them super well either, but I would check to see if there’s volts going to the battery side of the solenoid. Maybe a bad cable? Hopefully someone else will chime in
