higuys, in my 95 speedster , I have gone threw 2 starters, know after I take the boat out the water a few days , I start my motors be fore leaving the house and my starboard motor starter is stuck in the bindex,, I tap the starter a few times nothing to release it, I have too take the starter out to release it,, its happend twice this year why does this happen any info would be great ty very much,, joe

I guess the reason is what is causing it to stick? If there is rust on the shaft... then water is getting into it. If it's just sticking for no real reason... then the shaft can be bent.

When you put in the new starter... was it an OEM Seadoo starter, or was it an aftermarket starter? As of right now... there aren't any of the aftermarket starters that are work a dam.
