Well, My old seat was pretty tattered and faded, the handlebar color cleaned up a little on the teal side. The front hood came back a bit greener with the heat gun trick and I had already ordered the seat cover in teal.
So, half out of laziness, I decided to just put the teal seat cover on and embrace it. You may notice I went back with the original green seat strap....you know to tie it all together...give it that "two tone" look.
Hey! I've seen worse, and at least now it will weigh 40 pounds less in the water with something covering the sponge that had become my seat.
Another Thank You to the forum. This was the last thing the ski HAD to have to feel like it was back in shape after a seven year dry spell. Just thought I'd post the pics so that those that helped me can see the results....even if the colors are a mess.
