Hi, we have a 2014 GTI SE 130/155. There are two holes in the back... one on each side. One side (starboard as you sit on the SeaDoo) has a plug with a 'devil's tail' to keep it from being lost. The other side (port as you sit on the SeaDoo) has no plug. Is this correct or am I missing a plug?

I believe you are looking at the "Hose Flush"fitting. Does it look like a hose would thread into the hole? If so, then it is the flush hole. It is suppose to be open and not plugged as water exits there during normal operation.

Most of the newer Seadoos have two drain holes, (the one with the Devil's Tale. Take a good look around the jet just to the left of it. Just to make sure you do have only a single drain. I have am 09 and a 2010 and I have the Flush hole as well as two drain holes.

On this forum I have learned that there is no such thing as a stupid question. We are all here to learn. It does sound like you are referring to a flush port though.

My boat has two drain plugs in the transom, one on either side of the jet pump. If one was missing, the boat would rapidly leak water. Or as mentioned above, if mounted on the jet pump it's likely the flush port you're noticing.

All of this is explained in the owner's manual, you can download owners manuals from various sources.

Okay, thanks guys. It makes more sense that it's a flush port than that I could have lost the plug without ever taking it out of the water and with only 29 hours.

I have the owner's manual, but it doesn't discuss plugs at all. Not sure if the Sportster boat correlates with a PWC, but thanks for trying. :)

Does it look like this?

It discusses it in the operators guide on page 114 but that is actually page 116 of the PDF.

You can get the digital operators guide from BRP
here. This is IF the operators guide is correct, LOL.

If so the flush kit is part#295500473
