UPDATED 8-7-25 - "Additional information on the Footrest blocking"
I'll preface this by stating this is my first Seaoo 4-stroke and I've only had it 2 weeks. I was not able to find much information at all on removing the suspension, not detailed enough at all. I had to go very slow because I didn't want to break anything nor remove more components than needed. Once you are aware of what needs to be removed this is not all that big a job. As I encounter every time, few owners actually care for the skis as Seadoo recommends. They fall into disrepair until finally they sit an become junk. The reason I am removing the suspension is because first ride on this ski revealed the Supercharger needs rebuilding. One cool thing about removing all this stuff is that the engine is quite accessible after it is removed. I also can't find anything about replacing the lateral boots for the suspension system. I'll probably cover that as well. This is my journey. I'm no expert but some information should be helpful. I put a video together.
Video ---> SUSPENSION REMOVAL VIDEO
Freakin Seadoo does a good job of HIDING important things. I have some videos but they are difficult to post here as I have to post them to another site than link them. First I did need to send the gauges off to get fixed up and as usual... try and figure that one out. The gauges need to be removed to access the steering linkage, the steering cable must be disconnected and removed in order to remove the suspension system. I used a small o-ring removal tool to probe the back of the instrument panel (gently) and found the (2) latch locations (both at the top). Those are the only latches for the rear instrument panel cover. The back cover will come off after releasing these.

Remove the electrical plug.

The next (2) were difficult to see but they are on either side of the bodywork. You have to push this in to release the instrument panel box. This is pretty easy once you locate the little buttons. Those locations are in the video above.
One of the most annoying problems was finding how to remove the bolts for the footrest location. This is just a mounting point for the suspension. There are (6) bolts on each side. I had to peel up the glued mat and under the mat are (4 bolts). You have to be careful and place a block of wood under the metal pieces to support them. I'll post a picture. I used 2X4's

I've seen this aluminum piece called the foot rest it supports the floating deck. The 2X4 should be positioned with the 4" upright. You don't need to put a 2X4 on either side of the hull, just one side and that will support the whole unit. I'd use (2) 2X4s long enough to stay in position, too short won't work and a 4X4 won't work. The reason these need to be supported is so you don't put too much load on the lateral bellows. They might tear if you don't support them (I doubt they will but you're better off using the 2X4's). Both bellows on my ski had small tears in them so I had to buy new ones. Wasn't a bad job removing and prepping for replacement.

The absolute most difficult part for me was the steering clamp. I watched a video that said the steering adjuster needed to be all the way up for one portion of the removal. I'm not positive but I'm pretty sure the height adjustment for the steering column needs to be as low as possible. I won't go into all I did to remove the cable. It is difficult to reach anyway and this made it much worse for me. As I stated, this is my first time.
The "video link" is located at the beginning of this post and I have a little bit of front gauge removal and the rear of the ski. I did find a video that described the process pretty good but they always make it look easy and don't show everything. Some of these bolts were very very tight and I was concerned they make break off but I was fortunate in that respect.
Don't forget to put a pencil mark on the location of the rear suspension mounts so you can line it up later.
I'll post more later. Hope this helps.
