Just adding to the long list of compaints about their customer service. Been trying for 2 weeks to have a warranty moved from the previous owner to me and supposely they were going to keep in contact with me until completion but nothing. All I get is the usual "high call rate" BS. Maybe if they get their act strait they could have less complaints and more happy customers.
