Hey all, I bought a support ring for my 96 Xp 787 amongst other things and the part was machined too small on the I.D. And won’t fit over the drive shaft. I’ve tried emailing them and have received no response. The part packaging showed that it came from Broward Powersports in Fort Lauderdale, FL. So I called Broward and finally connected with a rep named Gabriel who was about to see my order and said he would reach out to them and see if he could help me out by reaching out to them. I haven’t heard back and it’s been a week. In all fairness Gabriel, he said if I don’t hear anything to reach back out to him.
Not sure if anyone else is having problems with Sea-Doo Warehouse or has a way to contact these guys, but the contact us link on this forum returns a 404 error. So I’m wondering if I’m just out my $70 at this point because they are defunct/out of business and if so, fine. But I wanted to bring it up and let everyone know not to shop through them if this is the case. It took forever for my parts to ship and arrive and once they did, I had no support for a machined OEM issue. If anyone can help get me connected it would be appreciated.
