Is it sufficient?

I hadn’t dug my 2002 GTI or 96 Tigershark out in 2 maybe 3 years so today I siphoned all the fuel out of the Tigershark, pre mixed 10 liters and added fuel stabilizer to the fuel, did the same to the GTI, drained out about 15 liters, there was maybe 5 liters left that I couldn’t get, pre mixed 10 liters of fuel with stabilizer in it. Started both machines twice, 20 minutes apart and ran them each for 15 seconds or so, varying the throttle between idle and roughly 5000 or 6000 rpm. Should this be sufficient to keep them from varnishing up and causing them to need carb cleanings? Ahh just remembered something, I’m going to go back out and turn the fuel selector knob to reserve and run it another 20 seconds or so.
