Bought a dead jetski. It’s dead dead. IBR bucket bracket all rotating screws and sleeves are corroded to hell. Removed the bucket as the Ibr is stuck in reverse. Pulled everything apart to try and get the engine to spin. Engine is cooked. My biggest worry is the bolts I broke for the water intake grate and that cooling skid plate in the rear. I’m going to begin soaking the broken bolt shafts and getting an engine coming from SBT. If anyone has a good working IBR pump and jet drive assembly with the Venturi please message me!
