RXT IS 255 stuck in reverse

So i have tried the test. And i hear noise when i do the override. However, the gate is not lifting. I am now really stumped.
I believe the motor works.

This thing has 39 hours and so many problems.

I'm flying all day today. I may be able to look into the manual while flying and see if I can help you further.

Hello all,

So today I went out to mess with the gate again. but to no avail. As soon as I turn on the IBR over function I hear a motor noise like it is trying to lift it but nothing happens. Then I press the VTS button and again to no avail. nothing moves up or down. I tried to tap the motor while in this mode but again nothing. Any other ideas? Im thinking it is something mechanical causing it to get stuck.
