RXT front cowl lifting shock strength??????

Hello,

I have a customer with a 2007 RXT 215 hp and his lift shock for the front cowl is bad. I tried a universal shock that has 30 lbs of push and it's no where near enough. I think a 60-70 lb shock might be close?????
Anyone know what strength I need to get?

There should be a number on the prop that will tell you the PSI of the old gas prop...then match it up at like Auto Zone for a quick repair. I have done that at lease 7 times...

LOL thanks Karl. I saw a bunch of Sea Doo numbers and never thought they would put a PSI # on it..... Will have to check it over.
