That's what happens when motorcycle mechanics work on jet skis they are clueless . Ask to see there 4 tec certification
 
Update on the lemon.
BRP contacted me to tell me they were coming down hard on bills motorcycles and I would have a phone call within the next two days to collect my money(this was last Tuesday) now they have backed down and told me not to contact them again it is not their problem.just shows how companies turn from doing the right thing to being more interested in making money.(what a shame)
Maybe if there is any people that are high up in BRP Australia reading this should think why is this customer taking time to say things like this.
For a customer only wanting what he paid for 'nothing more nothing less ' yet a company of the size can't even understand that(only see $$$$$$$$$$ signs)
How shameful................
 
Have you contacted a lawyer yet, even for a consult or perhaps better a letter to send to BRP? Do you
have a lemon law in Aus.? I would also suggest some media. There's lots of news shows in Canada that have a "consumer ripoff" segment.

Not to be a jerk, but this seems so far wrong on BRP's part that I can't help feel that we're missing something. This just seems indefensible on BRP's side. Why wouldn't they deal direct with you and then
handle the dealer corporately thru revoking dealership etc?
 
Update
BRP have came good in the end,they have upgraded me to the new Rxp300rs which is a fantastic piece of machinery (thak you BRP).
They got pissed of with billls motorcycles and went to Peter Stevens (Adelaide )and sorted things out(thank you Peter Stevens )recommendation to anyone in South Australia is don't buy from bills motorcycles, go to Peter Stevens as they are great to deal with also thanks to everyone who followed this thread for information etc.
Going away for easter to enjoy the new ski.

LOL I just read every comment in this thread and was not expecting a new 300 as the outcome! That's awesome!!
 
Update on ski
All I can say is. ...wow what a ski......absolutely fantastic handling and the exceleration is unbelievable.
