Have you contacted a lawyer yet, even for a consult or perhaps better a letter to send to BRP? Do you
have a lemon law in Aus.? I would also suggest some media. There's lots of news shows in Canada that have a "consumer ripoff" segment.
Not to be a jerk, but this seems so far wrong on BRP's part that I can't help feel that we're missing something. This just seems indefensible on BRP's side. Why wouldn't they deal direct with you and then
handle the dealer corporately thru revoking dealership etc?
