Rxp V.C.K. comunication problem !

Hello everybody, my name is Sergio and I live in Brazil. I own a 2006 Sea Doo RXP and I'm having a problem that can not resolve or the dealer. I used the watercraft 15 days ago and during the ride the engine shut off many times but the panel continue operating normally and did not show any error code. I got home, I loaded the battery and decided to check all electrical connections because I'm at sea. Rusty found nothing. After that reconnected all the cables and put the key and it appeared the maintenance information on the panel and the engine RPM and hours of use are not scoring more. I runed again with the watercraft and it worked perfectly. I took the authorized BRP and there informed me that the VCK can not communicate with the jetski. There is no sign of communication and data usage hours and engine rpm does not appear, what should I do?

Unfortunately, when you are dealing with a Data connection... you need to have the proper equipment to trouble shoot it. All I can say, is to take the data wire off... make sure all the connections are clean, and put it back together.

If that still doesn't work, you will need to get someone who understands the data, and check it at the computer to see if it's even sending anything.
