Pulling a tube with a PWC

I've been pulling my kids around on a single person tube with my 99 XP for about two years now, but the tube is worn out and it is time for a new one. I am thinking of getting a larger 2-person tube, but I was wondering if anyone knows what my towing capacity would be. I figure any other ski with a 951 would have about the same towing capacity. We usually run about 20-25 MPH at 4500 RPM with one person up to 180 pounds on the tube.

Is there ever a chance of pulling the stern eyelets out? The most total weight on the tube would probably never be over 250 pounds.

I have waterskied and wakeboarded behing my 787 xp, and it pulls me up quickly. Almost immediately.

Keep in mind that I have the same single engine in my challenger boat and it still pulls me up quickly and easily.

So I am sure that it will pull whatever you put behind it.

I routinely pull a 4 person tube with fully loaded both adults and kids with my ski and have had no issues. YMMV.
