Oscar, I finally got it to copy to desktop but I can't put it into "reply".

I know you said that you highlight the ad then move it.....well I just grabbed the little circle in front of the ads URL address and moved it.

I hit reply (this thread) but it won't move it to the forum by dragging it. I also tried the control C then control V way and it didn't copy/paste it either.

The best words I ever hear from a Mac user, LOL.

lol, I own an ipad, and my home page is still google, but your right, there is some Irony there, especially the last few years.

What do loyal mac users use as a primary search ? (honest question) assuming they would refuse Google and Bing.

Don't highlight web address.
You highlight ad(listing) and drag it over. Should have green plus sign when you move highlighted listing from desktop to reply section.

Sorry ST for threadjacking

that's what i was thinking at first, but why exactly is it ironic? google isn't owned by microsoft, it's actually a major competitor of microsoft bing, right? I actually use google chrome and LOVE IT and of course have google as my search engine

Google and Apple are the big competitors.

Ironic in the sense that Google (droid) Bing (miscrost) and apple (engine?) are the 3 big players out there but I haven't the slightest clue what search engines the mac/apple users use, assuming they have a hard on against google/bing. So In theory there must be a 3rd search engine that Mac User's prefer.

I've been using Chrome for quite some time, and google has been my primary search for a LONG time. I resist the whole bing thing with my biggest problem being that MS/Bing invades computers and forces it down user's throats, example, I jumped thru all the hoops to make google primary on my mom's laptop, at least 4 times, but every time I visit, Bing has taken over, and she doesn't know how. After 4 attempts, I just gave up and told mom to use Bing, i've never ever had an issue with Google forcing itself on anybody.l

I found another way....highlight the text , then click on the pic the move it to desktop. But it still won't move back to "reply" I keep seeing a "NO" sign ...a circle with a line thru the center.

I right click & I see options...."send to" but the options doesn't include SDF reply.

:( :(

Yep, we need to help this guy out before he checks into the Graybar Hotel. Come to think of it, it wasn't much of a thread anyway.
