HI all, I am new to PWCs and Winterizing a 98 GTX-RFI, I have the manual, and did what it tells me to do (pinch the clear hose on the magneto return and the engine supply hose, then fill from the engine return hose)...I get antifreeze out from the pee hole in the back that comes off the exhaust elbow....is that all? seems too easy???
why do you not full from the engine supply hose and run some of the antfreeze through the engine like I do on the inboard engines I have?
How critical is the fogging fluid? I didnt have any, can I do that part afterward? How long can I run this out of the water? I was told by the old owner only a second or two.
I have read some about a flush kit that is available....would that make things easier to winterize and run on land? where can I get one?
Thanks for all the help, I am on Canandaigua Lake in NY and it was a fun ride this summer so I am really interested in getting this right so the SeaDoo is ready for next year.
