pisser hose size 6mm?

Can 1/4" hose be used in place of the 6mm effectively for the pisser? I'm relocating the pisser to the front of the hull so i can see it while running. I haven't found any translucent 6mm hose yet.

Will running the 1/4" cause an issue with water pressure?

No issues at all.
You can get clear hose about the same size from Home Depot.
