What size is the oil line from oil tank on a GTI 2000 Ski? I want to replace my 14 year old lines. Want line in hand when I do replacements.
I asked my parts guy. He makes his money on repairs. Parts are just a side part of business.
He gives me this song and dance about it's an off size. You can't use any size auto line. Have to buy it from SeaDoo! Yeah at $2,75 a foot!

For the small lines that run from the pump to each carb. Tygon 3/32 is a common replacement. You can find it at small engine shops (fuel line) but I pay nearly 2$ per foot.

Edit: I re read your post. The larger lines are a bit harder to find. I would jump on the dealer price of 2.50$ per foot, provided it is good chemical resistant line.

Here's the oil line sizes, personally I would just use Tygon line for all, actually since your dealer has OEM just use it for the larger and get some 3/32" tygon for the injector lines. You can get tygon from McMaster Carr but by the time you pay shipping OEM will be cheaper.
