oil for 240hp merc seadoo?

Been using the mercruiser premium plus. Can get the Quicksilver synthetic blend for a couple more bucks. Should I switch to the Quicksilver? Does it matter? Anyone have a preference?

I like the synthetic blend, but it's just personal preference. As long as you make sure to get the TC-W3 you're good. Just try to stick to one instead of switching back and forth.

Thanks for an opinion. Since I only use the boat about twice every couple of yrs (landlocked in western PA.) and usually buy my oil on vacation somewhere, (mostly in the middle keys) I'm not sure if I've gone back and forth with the oil types? Probably just stick with the premium plus. Whats the drawback to switching to synthetic blend? An oil that smoked less would be nice. J
