No start

Have a 96 gtx.In the spring Put a new battery,starter,and new plugs.Ran great all year.Sat in the garage for a few weeks.Went to go fog the engine and all I get is a key beep.Nothing when trying to start.It doesn't even beep when trying to start it.Checked all the fuses in the front and the one in the rear and they are all fine.Brought battery to autozone to have it tested and its fine.What else could be the issue?

Make sure you can turn the engine over by hand with the plugs out.

IF it turns over by hand jump the starter solenoid posts with a screwdriver. If it cranks then your start/stop switch or solenoid is bad.

Pull the plugs and jump the starter solenoid. Does it crank then?
