it was running to get it off the trailer in the water. We shut it off, then no start. Check fuses, connections, the key. It was intermittent, sometimes the key worked some times not. Brought it home, charged battery, keys work great, get two beeps, touched solenoid and it clicked but nothing....is the something like safety switch that was over seen....

need help,

First thing you need to do is confirm the actual voltage of the battery. I'm thinking even after charging it, it is still to low to activate the starter. The MPEM requires 10.5 volts or better for it to work the internal electronics...

Once you do get it above 12 volts, then we will want the voltage again while cranking or trying to crank the engine.

To do anything else before what I just suggested is pretty much a waste of time until we know the volts...

Charge battery then check the voltage while trying to crank and report back. My guess is that you either have a bad battery or a loose or corroded connection somewhere. In that order.

Excellent, I will check the starting voltage tomorrow.

Thanks for the quick reply

Have a good one

Hay everyone
Starting voltage was way too low, put new battery in and away we go. Checked the battery and the electro was way down. Possible few cells were shorted out.

But away we go, good to go

Thanks guys
