Here is my dilemma.
96 seadoo xp
Put key on, get two beeps, fuel guage comes on and red lights appear. The beeps are also a weaker tone now too.

12.7v from battery
All fuses good
Start stop button tested and is working
Shorted feed for switch to ground right from mpem and nothing
No power on wire feeding from mpem to starter solonoid
Touch two posts on solonoid and it turns over

Issue started after riding around and my son said he couldn’t turn the handlebars left and come to find out there was a broken bolt with nut on it in the tray below handlebars that was jamming the handlebars from turning left. But then went to hop on and take it for a ride, that is when the No start issue began.

check and clean grounds. something may have shifted or come off when you were in there working on it.

Reworked the grounds even replaced the main ground to the block. Now my buzzer/beeper won’t work. Hooked it to 12v and nothing. Could that prevent the ski from running?

buzzers do fail...you said it was getting weak. a bad buzzer will not keep it from running.

did you jump start the ski? boosting it can fry the mpem which could be the reason why it does not send power to the solenoid.

I did not. Which is why it’s confusing to me why it would.

A bolt got jammed and couldn't turn the bars?chances are it ripped or broke a wire look at the harness around where you where working
