When turning the steering wheel is it normal that when you get just to about the limits of steering one way or the other it gets really hard to turn that last 2 to 3 inches?
I figured it was due to the fact that the water coming out of the nozzles naturally wants the directional cones to stay straight but when you turn the steering wheel as hard as you can, the directional cones are fighting the flow of water.
Thanks for your time.
