Hey all,

We have a 2003 Sea-Doo sportster. We were cruising and at some point we switched it off, and it never turned back on again.
We thought it was the starter so we changed it. But the problem still persist.
Can anyone help please?
Can it be the relay?

Thanks!

Check to see if voltage is going to the starter out of the solenoid when the start button is pressed. A $10 harbor freight multi-meter will work fine or even a 12v trouble light.

Can't tell where the clunk is coming from in the video. Doesn't sound loud enough to be the bendix on a locked up engine but sounds too loud to just be the solenoid.

Find where the clunk is coming from by grabbing the starter and the solenoid and getting your ear down there.

Jump the solenoid and see if it turns over.

can you rotate the driveshaft with pliers? It has been a month since you posted, if you resolved the issue please post the fix to help others
