Need help - calibrate IBR Actuator

Seeking some help. I have a WakePro 215 - 2010 year model. I had to replace the actuator and initially it worked but after the first trial the gate refused to reset and then open or close. I was advised to have the actuator calibrated however i am currently in a country with no seadoo dealership. The suggestion was then to buy some device being a Mega Tech for some $2500. Is there any way around this issue or not. If I require the device can someone provide some sound info on this. At the moment I have a large PWC Paperweight rather that a fun machine.

Thank BGS. I replaced the actuator successfully. It’s the calibrating it now that is the issue. As mentioned worked fine first go but not opening anymore. Apparently needs to be calibrated using software and hardware which I don’t have here in my location. Thanks again
