I know it's not the tow vehicle but it goes every time if a few people come out for a ride day.With the extra middle seat installed it will carry eight.It's nickname is Baja-ss (big arse).

I love VW's.

I had a buddy that would tow a Hobbie Cat back in the day with his micro bus. I think they are good for 1500 Lbs. (does yours have the reduction boxes?)

Nope.No reduction.It's got some really good heads on it and the exhaust is pretty open.In 2nd is where it's good.Shocks a few people at the traffic lights.Then they have a laugh at the man tonsils hanging under the back.It's got more torque than revs but still does 5 grand easily.Also got a Scat short shifter on it.

Put old Baja-ss on the web to see if anyone wanted to buy it,GONE!!!!
They came,they looked,they bought! 3 days from the add to the sale.I never even got a last run in it.
Went to a couple that live on a beach.they said a secluded one.Probably a nudie.Baja-ss will be happy!
