My Improvements

Well since Im new too the forum, PWC, and my first seadoo. I wanted to share all my improvements as I go. I didn't need to do too much since I found a great ski but I wanted to make it look perfect. Let me know what you think and I will add as I go.

Handle bar grips. Local Bike shop $10

Tried painting my center cover came out good but cracked when I reinstalled it. So I went with the Black Lid cover $35

FireHouse Technology personal radio. Ebay $47. Its Micro SD card mp3, FM, and AUX in. Runs 4-5 hrs off a charge. Pretty loud.

Is that gizmo water proof? I'd like to add some tunes to my tow ski. (99GTX).

i'd be curious..how well it holds up to water, its water resistant, not water proof, but quite nifty

Thanks everybody. I will let you know after today about the mp3 player. Yes its not waterproof but it is made for motorcycles, atvs, jet skis so I thought I would give it a try. It is water resistant so long as I don't flip the ski over should be fine. Even if you do submerge small electronics long as you turn them off and let them fully dry your usually ok.

Ok well just got back from the lake. The firehouse mp3 radio works great. Very loud and clear for such a small device. Now when I'm wot its not the best but my ski is loud as sh!t. I will keep everyone updated on long term use.
