mods for low end power

i have the 2008 seadoo wake edition 155

... this past summer i have been having trouble pulling heavier people out of the water for wakeboarding/wakeskating... i was wondering if it is possible to replace the impeller to create more low end power.... top speed is not much of a concern for me.

or any other non-major modifications.

Yep... a low pitch impeller will help. Also, a Skat-Trak "Swirl" impeller will help get out of the hole better than most others.
