I have three SeaDoos, a XL 700 with the serial #s showing it was built in Feb. 93, but the model 5811 being a 91 GT. also a SHO serial #s Feb. 93, model 5803 being a 90 SP? And a Marine Jet serial #s 92, model 5805 being a 92 SP. should I use the model years to reference part #s.

Use the model year #. Last 2 on the HIN (Hull Identification Number).
