Kawasaki 750 sts boggs in water but runs on trailer

Ran good one day then the next day it started on trailer like new but in the water boggs down at 3000rpm out of 8000rpm it was running full throttle on the first day of riding a lil gas and it will turn off even on the chocke changed plugs and fires rite up but any gas it will bogg out please I wanna ride I need help fast

Check compression, 150 psi is perfect and probably dirty carbs.

Yes, rebuild the top end at the minimum but make sure you inspect the crank too.

Will new plugs withaybe different gaps in them cause not to run when in the water
