Water leak from motor and runs on trailer not in water.

I have water coming from the circled location on the block below the rear cylinder. 2004 seadoo 3d rfi 787. Completely rebuilt the motor. Now it leaks here and runs great on trailer but won’t start in water til u pull it back out of the water.

I dont know if mine is leaking there too. I will have to check. But I have the same problem otherwise. It runs fine on a hose, but wont run at all on the lake. I did motoce this time that it gushed and gushed water out of the exhaust when I pulled the trailer out and tried to start it again. It really struggled.
