Hi all,
Can someone verify this is how seadoo ships brand new superchargers?
I ordered this online. I don't want to name the shop at the moment. The charger itself looks new to me. However the plastic bag it came in wasn't sealed and had sealant all over it. The bag itself is why I'm questioning if it's brand new. I thought for a grand it would come with plugs or at least tape over the openings of the charger. Maybe I expect too much
Thanks, Mike
1 more question I found all the balls from the bearing that let go on my old charger. They are not so round anymore. The plastic ( phenolic) bearing cage broke into tiny pieces. Most of the plastic cage pieces are inside the engine still. Do you guys tear down an engine to remove all the little bits or just ride and hope for the best?
