is the exhaust section past manifold aluminum

i read a post that stated you could weld a leak spot on the exhaust pipe where there are welded caps, are these aluminum? would you use the j.b. weld trick that someone mentioned or spend the money to have a aluminum guy weld it up, thanks for youre input on my head gasket issue, i took the heads off today and thankfully just had a bad gasket on the jug base. orderd a gasket kit and am going to replace all gaskets:cheers:

I always recommend welding them. JB weld is a patch. And yes... they are aluminum.
