Is my starter solenoid bad for my 2008 Seadoo Rxt-x?

I just replaced my starter solenoid with a new one I ordered off Amazon (probably not the best choice). Every time I try starting my Seadoo all I get is a single tick which is the same problem from before.

Jump the solenoid. If it still just ticks, then you have a bad battery, cable, cable connection, or starter.

If it cranks fast as it should, then test for 12 volt at the trigger wire of the solenoid when pressing the START button.

I'll try jumping it when I get back home. I already tested the trigger wire and it gets 12 volts
