2012 speedster 155 slow crank when hot!

My speedster 155 slow cranks when the engine gets hot. I have replaced all the battery cables, cleaned all grounds and put new lugs on cables without corrosion. I can take starter cable off the solenoid directly to the battery and the boat starts fine. I cannot jump the solenoid to start. I have replaced the solenoid multiple times. Currently sits with an OEM solenoid which seemed to work for a day or two but eventually ended up with the same issue. Battery is at full charge and charging system is functioning correctly. My issue seems to be the solenoid but what could cause them to go bad so quickly? 12.5 V to the battery side drops to 7V when trying to start hot. Could this be a starter button issue? Thanks for any advice...this has been so frustrating.

Possible the starter, test the voltage when stating at the starter, if you have the same drop, the starter could be pulling too much current, have it tested at a auto electric shop that rebuilds starters.
