Wanted to upgrade the trailer a bit so I installed LED Tail Lights.
Besides just liking how they look, I did it as they are MUCH more visible and fully submersible which eliminates the oops I forgot to unplug the lights...
First I removed the original lights which had those stupid crimp style wire connectors.
Then I cut into the wire a bit to get to nice new fresh wire, slid heat-shrink tubing onto the wire then twisted them together.
Then soldered the wires,
Heated the heat-shrink tube,
Here are the the light with JUST the running lights illuminated, (in full daylight)
And here are the brake lights, (in full daylight)
