Idle question on Rxt

I have a 2005 RXT with 99 hrs. I just replaced spark plugs and noticed that it idles close to 2500 rpm on the hose. It idled at 1800 on the hose right before I replaced the plugs.

I used same exact plugs (NGK) that I had in it. Reason for changing - it would sometimes hesitate when given gas, after replacing plugs problem completely gone but I got stuck with high idle.

Any help appreciated. Trying to take it out tomorrow.

make sure you throttle cable isn't in a bind and that it is returning to the stop on the throttle body. if cable looks fine, I wouldn't worry too much about it until you test it in the water and I'll bet it goes right back to 1800 once under load.
