I brought home a 1997 seadoo speedster today. It is really clean and runs very well. I will post some pics tomarrow. Im sure i will have a ton of questions in the next few weeks!!:blush:

What? That's it? We need more info. How much did you pay? Did you have the compression checked before you bought?
 
I paid $4350 for it, Im guessing its a little high. But its in really nice shape;). Im really happy with it, and the test run went very well. Here are some pics 004.JPG010.JPG001.JPG

My 6 year old has her shoes all over the place!!! Evertime i turn around she is barefoot!!LOL Well here goes my first of many questions, He was running amsoil synthetic oil, should i stick with that or switch to something else?
 
It's personal preference really. It's great oil. Availabilty is the issue for me. I use quicksilver because it's the easiest to get.
 
That 97' is in great shape, I think you did well for that price. Congrats ... that's mint!
