So glad to see the winter months come to a close. Eveyone get their skis ready to ride!!!

This winter, during my annual maintenance, I decided to order Hydro Turf for my GTX. I had spent a few bucks on graphics, now I need to have the nice floor.

I went with the new 2 tone colors that they came out with this past year. My graphics and ski is green in color, so I choose the dark and light green, 2 tone mats.

I've attached a few pix for all to check out. Look closely at the last pix and you'll see a small bit of the graphics. On the side, below the seat, that graphic has "seadooforum" on it. I'll have to see if I can find more pix of my cool graphics.....

EDIT:.. I just found another of my graphic pix.. I've attached it too.

Looks great Louis. That ski looks awesome now man. Good job.

Looks killer, Louis. Can you take a picture from the same angle as the last one, but of the whole pwc? Want to see how it all looks now with the graphics and hydro turf.

WOW!!! Very nice! I would like to get your opinion for my 1997 GTI. Ofcourse, it's a white ski with black/yellow/some kind of pink graphics. Should I go yellow turf with black grooves, or black turf with yellow grooves? Thanks for any advice.

Black and Green?...

Looks AWESOME!!! I really like the black and green.

I'm going to try and get a better pix loaded. The colors are actually a dark green, which may look black in some shots, and the other is a lime color green. The 2 tone color scheme really sets off my new graphics. Even though the graphics look good, just the way they are, I've actually still got to put on 4 more pieces. Two on each side.

Here are a few more shots. JoeZ asked for a better full body shot. I think I got one. I want to take better pix, when I'm finished, with the ski on the water. I would like to point out the graphics... I had the guy who designed them, to put "Seadooforum.com" on it. It's in several places. The pix are large enough for you to zoom in if you'd like to see the detail.

Sorry, just caught your post. I got to start keeping up with my own threads...LOL.. Man, it's really easy to do. The mats you have are probably like a roller coaster. The only place they lay flat is where the rivets are. When you are looking at your turf, choose your color and design, then make your order. If this is your first time, you might order the type that already has the 3M backing. I buy the kind without the sticky backing and apply the 3M (super 99) glue myself. While your waiting for your new stuff to come, take a drill (or Dremel) and pop out your rivets. Some of the rivets bottoms might fall into the hull; no big deal, they'll wash out when you get water in your hull from riding. When you've got your old pads off, wash the area real well with a good degreaser. I used Dawn dishwashing liquid. This stuff is the best grease cutter I've ever used. Once you have the areas good and clean, you'll be ready. When your mats show up, put them all on your hull where they will be placed. Use a pencil to lightly outline where your mats will fit. Use a piece of fine sand paper to scruff up the surface. You don't have to, but you will get a better, longer lasting stick if you do. Not only from roughing the surface, but because the sanding will help remove any dirt or grease you might have missed. Don't over sand, just a light sanding to dull the surface is all you need to do, and only where the mats are to be placed.

Then, when you've laid them all out, know where they are going to go, you can start putting them on. If your using the peel and stick, only peel a small section at a time. If you make a mistake along the way, just pull it up to your mistake and re-stick. The turf will restick only if the hull was squeaky clean when you started.

Good luck,!!!!!!
