I'm familiar on boats why these happen, but the boat sat on the trailer all the time in a garage. The past 2yrs it hasn't left the garage so I'm slightly baffled. I intend to get them fixed this fall, but is this a common problem on the Sea Doo boats?

Thats very odd for a boat that has not been sitting in water. Being left out in the sun will also degrade the fiberglass. I havent really seen it much on SD boats because most people dont leave them in water. I think if you left them in water or out in the sun it would happen more likely than other boats. Prior to 2006, BRP used a poly resin fiberglass which is cheaper and more porous than the vinyl resin they switched to in 2006.

I've noticed quite a few on mine. I figure I will deal with it in the winter.

Looks like what I'll be doing as well. Glass guy told me use rest of season and bring to him in fall. All the blisters need to be broken open and removed then allowed to dry out and filled then bottom has to be re gelled.
