Well, it usually turns over for a long time while I try to give it gas but i end up flooding the engine. I changed the spark plugs and did compression tests and it was running good for a while. And now its going back to turning over but not running. Sometimes the engines also turn on for a few seconds and then turn off again.
It could be several things. First is the compression close to the ideal 150 psi per cylinder? Have the Carbs, been cleaned lately? Are the Low Speed screws adjust to 1 1/4 turns out and High Speed screws set to "0"? Are both carbs in sync? Is the gas fresh? Have you checked the plugs and gaped them properly? It might be the spark plugs are fouled too, it is a 2 stroke. Also if the spark plugs are fouled is the oil injector adjusted properly so it isn't pumping too much oil? Check these things out I suggested and let me know if it helps out.
oh wow, thats a huge amount of info and also a lot of stuff I dont know much about. I'll have to contact my mechanic about that but ill make a list of all those things you mentioned and have him double check.
