How do I figure out the hours on my 2005 Seadoo Utopia 205se?

I did a forum search and couldnt find anything on this. I've read the manuals I have for this boat and looked all over it and I can't find the hours.

Do I need to use a special tool or something? Why would they make it so hard to find out the hours on a boat?
