HELP 2000 sea doo gtx throttle and or mifire issues

I have a 2000 gtx with carbs. I cannot get it to run without bogging down to 4600 rpm tops and it seems to be misfiring and or not getting proper fuel. Replaced plugs and coils already and cleaned out fuel tank and put in fresh fuel. Sounds to me like it is not getting proper ignition spark any help would be appreciated.

I also did compression test 130 on one cylinder and 132 on the other

Could be voltage regulator and/or dirty carbs.

Pulling the carbs off was my next step but i wanted to see if there were any other electrical issues that i should be looking at
