Hi all i'm at my witz end and and could use some help, 2000 GTX 951 carb No spark confirmed with spark tester, Had the mpem tested at westside powersports and even found same machine put this computer in it and started. At the ebox power to solenoid all fuses check out, All wires check out from ebox to computer. Good reading from stator/ rectifier. All pin locations check out. Replaced pick up trigger.
No power being sent to the coils at the back down through the white wire, So the computer isn't telling it to send the signal there. Stator has power, Flywheel appears correct as magnets are on the outside.

Pick coil?

anything else? I plan on pulling the engine out to see if there's something I missed.

Thanks for the help.

Man I hope you didn't pull the engine. You may be a bad pick up coil for the RPM. If the engine can't see the rotation the coil won't fire. This happens. You could have a wire breaking down. I say this often, these skis are sneaky. You're problem could be in the plug that goes into the mag. Those get corroded as well. Check your grounds. Good Luck !!

I did pull the engine and took the stator off and found this damage on the stator and minor rust on the flywheel. What do you mean by RPM?

Was that stator loose? Better check those bearings on the crank. That flywheel shouldn't be able to contact the stator.

By RPM, the stator has a pick up at some location that tells the computer the crankshaft location so it fires the coil at the proper time. I don't have one in front of me.
