Good morning, I have a couple of ?'s.
I replaced the stator, blendix drive, starter. The ski comes on with two beeps, battery, brand new. Turns over fine (fast) has no spark. The computer comes on board, with modes, clock, and so on.. Than LED goes blank.. The clock is out.

Does the computer pickup the stator, it doesn't have to be programmed. Correct.
Next what could be going on. Ground wrong, bad stator, crank sensor bad. Protrusion hole lined up with long bar on flywheel (after bar) woodruff key fine. I'm really getting frustrated. fuses fine double check. spark plug tester shows nothing. I don't know where to go from here, the ski always ran prefect for her.
i've pulled the motor twice, double check work inside flywheel. i really need some expert advice.
Once again Thanks for these Rooms.

have You measured the stator AND the CPS ( pickup coil) after inserted?
stator valus between Windings somewhere around 1ohm, measure all combinations:
windig 1-->2
winding 1-->3
Winding 2-3
also measure between Winding and Ground, ( all three) should be infinity, same as leave the probes in "air" ;)

Maybe the most important,
Measure the CPS about. 300 ohm ( 0,3Kohm, if meter jumps to "kilo scale" )
everything between 260-330 or similar should be good.

And YES, no programming needed for stator and pickup coil ( replaced mine a week ago... ;) )

also check the "hdden" fuse in the electrical compartment ( there are 3-5 fuses in MPEM)but also one in that box where the ignition coils and starter relay is placed) can be if that is broken the hole MPEM is dead, but check it just to be sure... it is a bit hidden there in the box, you have to pull out cables to see it... ( in upper part of box)

It was burnt ( 2 windings), also shortened to Ground.
immediately when battery was connected it draw 16 AMP... :oops::oops::oops:
But I dont know the reason why it was burnt, I thought I should have a water leakeage in to magneto cover, but no it was very clean and dry.
So is it just the "heat" or Age, or some "earth wires" / ground connections that was bad, and lead to somekind of "overload"?

Cleaned up all Minus cables and all other connectors also, and have now measured evereything, Zero amps when battery connected, 0.2 when dess inserted. and so on,, so at moment everything OK.
